I had an excellent experience at Diamond Heaven, and I can’t thank Baseem enough for his outstanding service. When I arrived on December 1st, I was met with a warm and welcoming tone that immediately helped ease my worries about finding the perfect ring for my spouse. To be honest, I was quite stressed about getting everything right, but Baseem’s calm approach and reassurance made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. His knowledge of his products was top-notch, which gave me complete confidence in my decision and helped me land on the perfect ring. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and Baseem genuinely looked after me every step of the way. He is a true example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Although I was originally told the ring would be ready for collection on December 30th, Baseem went above and beyond to meet my needs and had it ready by December 22nd. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish, and I highly recommend Diamond Heaven- especially Baseem.

A year on from purchasing my husbands ring from Diamond Heaven and their customer service and kindness is still really apparent. Upon reaching out about receiving a new ring box as a surprise I had planned for a my husband, Sarah was really lovely and kind enough to send out a box for special signed delivery with royal mail on short notice to make it in time for his birthday as I don't live in Birmingham which honestly made my day. She did this free of charge as a gesture of good will for a very short delay in response. Very kind and very genuine team at Diamond Heaven that make sure they look after you and wonderdul service that extends beyond the purchase of your ring. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Baseem in particular went above and beyond, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect piece. He explained everything clearly, offered great advice without any pressure, and made the whole process feel special. It’s rare to find customer service this good, you can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does. The jewellery itself is stunning, and I left feeling confident I’d made the right choice.
