I had a terrible experience , the lady who did my nails was extremely rude. I was looking for a specific design and she was having a hard time giving me a BASIC quote while looking at a picture of the nails in person . I don't understand why it was a huge fight to get a simple gel nail chellac full set with design on ring nails each finger I paid $105 for a full set on my nails and polish change on my toes. Which are filed super uneven as well. The nails are so super thick and look like press on quality. I wouldn't recommend for anybody. I think my 8 year old son could have done a better paint job . I've never wrote a review before this is how DISAPPOINTED I AM.

A bit disappointed. I didn't realize the $45 pedicure doesn't come with foot massage it comes with hot stone rub on calves but not one single rub of the foot or toes, nothing.!!! Foot massage is the only reason I go get pedicures. I don't have calluses or dry feet. I just want my feet rubbed.!! I feel like I wasn't my money. I tried going somewhere new because the place I've been going doesn't polish good but at least they do a great massage. Just want a simple basic pedi with a good massage and regular polish!! Any recommendations of another place? Polish and cuticle work was good just no massage

I asked for a French tip in silver and there were parts of the paint missing. I should not have to speak up to point it out. The person working on my nails should do the right thing and fix them. The paint was rough and not smooth when it dried. Plus he was in a hurry and it wasn’t even busy. I just won’t go back.

Excellent service and I was in a chair immediately. Great job on tough cuticles and plenty of options for spa mani/pedi. I would highly recommend!

I want to start off by saying this place blows everyone out the water! I am from Phoenix,AZ and I was looking for a place to do my nails and pedicure and I found diamond nails and based on their review I gave it a shot and boy am I so glad I did because Ann is a SUPERB nail tech , by far the best nail tech I have ever had the pleasure having, not only was she polite she offered me a soda and made sure I was comfortable and she gave me exactly what I wanted not to mention I came in at 6:10 and they close at 7 so she even stayed late to accommodate me which I am so greatful for and appreciate how kind she was. She has so much experience and she is passionate about the work she does and it shows! I wish I could take her back home with me or I may have to fly out here every month just to see her because that’s how amazingly good she is! Thank you Ann and diamond nails spa you guys are truly gifted and amazing !
