Absolutely the best place to get jewelry repaired and Rolex’s serviced. My diamond fell out of my engagement ring and all the prongs were broken. They easily reset and fixed my prongs in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Toms!

Tom's service is truly exceptional, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his genuine and honest approach. After purchasing my first Rolex from him a few years ago, I had no hesitation in returning to his shop for another Rolex. What sets Tom apart is his unwavering honesty and personal care for each customer. He patiently answered every question I had about my Rolex and even provided valuable insights into diamonds. Throughout our interactions, I never felt rushed, pressured, or judged – a rarity in today's world. Tom, I am deeply appreciative of your outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to help. Your commitment to excellence is truly commendable, and I look forward to seeking your expertise again in the coming years. Thank you Emmanuel
