Richard and Misty were great—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely inviting. I really enjoyed my experience at The Ring. What makes it unique is the ability to try on prototypes, which helped me visualize exactly what I wanted. There are so many different options to choose from, and the customization aspect is a huge plus if you don’t love something right away. Overall, a relaxed, informative, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Richard at The Ring in Austin, earlier this year. He very patiently showed us many different gemstone types and rings. And in a relatively short timespan of 3 weeks or so I was able to get the gem placed and a ring in my hand. We went to several other jewellers and the service and selection at this store was by far the best. Highly recommend it.
