Michelle at Diamonds Direct was absolutely wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I first looked at rings in February 2024 and met her briefly, and when we returned nearly a year later, she somehow remembered us, which immediately stood out. Throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed or pressured. Michelle was patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining options. Whenever we described what we had in mind, she understood right away and knew exactly what to show us. She was also incredibly discreet and flexible while I was in the process of purchasing the ring, working around a busy schedule and making everything seamless. Most importantly, she helped us choose a ring my fiancé absolutely loves. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.

I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring here and had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I worked with Karen and she was the best! She made the process smooth, easy, and got me a great deal. She also helped me custom build the perfect engagement ring! She’s also helping us with wedding bands and we couldn’t be more excited!

No need to look any further for a quality diamond provider with incredible customer service! My wife purchased my (stunning) engagement ring here and we were so pleased with the level of service Michelle provided to us that we also purchased our wedding bands here. Michelle was very personable and genuinely happy for our new journey. Additionally, her prompt response time/follow up with us was top notch. Working with Daniel and Krista at Diamonds Direct was an incredible experience from start to finish.
