Had a great experience with Paul’s Jewelers. My engagement ring lost a diamond. I brought it in, and the staff were available immediately to help me. Roxana was able to replace the diamond in 2 days as well as tighten the remaining diamonds. She provided me with an estimate on the higher end so I wouldn’t be surprised by the final price. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service and the work that was done on my ring. Highly recommend.
I was in need of resizing my wedding band and fixing a crack in the band. Paul's Jewelers was able to size my ring up by half a size, fix the crack and clean it up to make it look like new! I am very pleased. They said it would take a week to complete but they called me in three days to say it was ready. The price was very reasonable and the staff were all very nice. I totally recommend this jewelery store for your future jewelry repair needs. Thank you.
My now fiancé walked in Paul's looking for a custom engagement ring and we won the Jackpot! He wanted something unique and not like anything you can buy at other jewelers. Jess was So helpful in capturing his crazy idea and made it into reality. Paul's took their time to find the perfect stone my fiancé described as "Brewers Blue". Our favorite color is blue and we both love the Brewers so it felt like a good representation of our personalities. I couldn't be happier with the results and I know it's just perfect in his eyes. They were able to keep a good secret for a few months because I had also come into Paul's looking for a custom band, which I thought was super sweet. I would recommend going to Paul's for any project, whether it be a repair or a rebuild. They do phenomenal work and their workshop is right underneath which is always a perk knowing the jewelry doesn't have to go far for transit. PS the photo doesn't do the ring justice!!
There is an endless list of amazing things we could say of our experience designing a custom engagement ring and wedding bands with them. The entire experience was fantastic. We were involved at every step. The owner even took extra time to explain the process in detail and indulge all of our curiosities! We came in with a few inspo pictures, and a floral drawing that we wanted etched into the bands. The final product was better than anything we could have ever envisioned! I’m still surprised by how many details they managed to get into the engagement ring. We’re already counting down the days until we get to wear these forever!
I live all the way in Massachusetts and was referred to Paul's Jewelers by a close friend who had their wedding bands done with them. I was in need of a Jeweler I felt comfortable with that I could trust for a fully custom engagement ring. I reached out and spoke to Mircea Prejbeanu who immediately gained my trust with his knowledge and pleasant demeanor. From assisting me with the choice of Diamond, to designing the ring from scratch, all while helping me subtly figure out my now Fiance's ring size, (It's a perfect fit) Mitch knocked it out of the park without making me feel rushed or pressured and helped me stay within my budget. Even though I do not live in WI I will be referring anyone in need of quality Jewelry Mitch's way. We're truly blown away with the product!!
