We bought both our wedding rings from Diamonds For Less, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The rings were absolutely beautiful, and Alex helped us throughout the whole process with great patience and professionalism. He made everything smooth and stress-free, which meant a lot to us during such an important purchase. Even after one year of use, the quality of the rings has been outstanding. Visited a number of places before finalizing with Diamond For Less and I must say it was worth it! Alex was great - his consolation really helped us finalize the design and diamond. They already had a sample of the ring design I wanted and everything after that way a breeze. More than a year to the ring and no concerns. Their after service with walk-in anytime for diamond inspection and ring cleaning is a real gem. Would give 100/10! To more products from you :)

Highly recommend this place!! Kevin is absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the experience was easy, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. My partner and I had always talked about picking out an engagement ring together, but he surprised me with the most beautiful classic ring during a recent trip to Portugal. He had coordinated with Kevin ahead of time so we could come in together afterward. When we came in, I realized I couldn’t part with the original ring, but I also didn’t want two rings. Kevin was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to talk through our options without any pressure. We ended up using that diamond to create a beautiful necklace and then designed my engagement ring together. The process felt very collaborative and personal. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We’ll absolutely be back for our wedding bands and anything else we need in the future — we truly couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had Alex make an engagement ring for a proposal. He was a pleasure to work with and the price was very fair. Alex was professional, communicative, and efficient. I picked out a diamond with him and the selection was beautiful. I also sent him a picture of a specific setting that I wanted and he said he could do it confidently. He told me it would take 3 weeks to make the ring and got it done in two, which was great. The ring looks beautiful and the setting is exactly how I wanted it. I’m very happy to have had Alex make this engagement ring, I couldn’t have asked for a better jeweller.
