Great customer service and exceptional workmanship. We are very pleased with our dinning chairs and two arm chairs that we had reupholstered. The entire process was easy and they completed our two orders in a timely manner. Coral and Justin were friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend them!

Coral & Justin are wonderful and helpful. Coral answered Olvia’s emails promptly and gave Olivia vinyl samples to take home to match with our chairs. Her quote is fair & affordable. Excellent service from start to finish! Our dining chairs have been given a new look through reupholstering. We couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended!

I was so pleased with the beautiful job of upholstering the chair which was a gift to my parents in 1943. They were careful to preserve precious handwriting on the underside of the seat while tidying up my earlier covering of the seat. Very professional and personable.

We absolutely love our newly upholstered and refinished Scoop chair and ottoman! It was a seamless process. Justin was very patient and laid back as we chose the fabric from their wide selection of samples. We have zero regrets with the golden yellow colour and fabric that we chose. The wood was refinished with a matte lacquer. It’s brought so much warmth into our home. An estimate was provided from the start, and it was revised midway through the process due to a crack in the chair’s fibreglass shell, as to be expected from a set made in the 60’s. Coral was great with updates and responded to my emails in the most timely fashion. Highly recommend!

Justin at Dick’s Upholstery did a custom banquette for us. The whole experience with Justin and his team was seamless! Wonderful fabric selection, great expertise and attention to detail, and exceptional final product. Justin also finished the upholstery early for us so we could have it in time for a holiday party. We could not be happier with our stunning green banquette. Highly recommend Justin and his team.
