I went to the Chesapeake store looking for one item. The first person I saw asked me if she could help me. Her name was Takiara. She knew exactly where the item I was looking for was located and took me to it. She was very friendly and helpful!

Ashley, Ken, and Maichiah....they were phenomenal at ensuring that my 19 y/o granddaughter received our Military discount, the Black Friday sale price, and the style and size she wanted (even though they were not in store). This team worked very hard and tag-teamed the problems. My granddaughter gave them the GOAT title of Dick's Black Friday sale! Kudos 👏.....absolutely recommend to others. Great team. My granddaughter (VMI Cadet) was looking for ...... A Women's 7, which is a Children's 5.5 and she wanted the NB 530s in white and beige. They ordered them online to be mailed to her. Awesome job!

I came in there today, on Black Friday around 330pm. It was open, spacious and had way more selection than the one at Lynnhaven mall, in terms of clothing and shoes (specifically basketball shoes). Brian helped me in the shoe department and quickly got our sizes, checked on us and didn’t hover. His customer service skills are on point. He also looked up another pair of shoes for us and mentioned the price match program. The working manager (didn’t get his name) was exceptional in honoring a price match for us on a pair of shoes we really needed. I can’t tell you how far that level of customer service goes these days. Brody checked us out, and had a great attitude. Thank you, Store#1580!!! Great job.
