We worked with Waterford Rentals for our wedding that took place in our backyard. We rented six 6' tables, 6 khaki table linens, and 36 mahogany chairs. The delivery and pickup person was punctual and so sweet and easy to work with. The items were sturdy and beautiful, and everyone complimented the entire process. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family, and will be using them in the future for any upcoming events. Thank you!

Our main point of contact Kayla, was nothing but exceptional when it came to communication and problem solving for our wedding design. Within just a short consultation, she was able to style our vision with her warehouse products and we couldn't have been happier with the final outcome - everything looked stunning! My husband and I used Waterford Event Rentals to rent linens for our May 2023 wedding at Cedar Point Club. I first met with Kayla in August 2022. She helped me to design a table that fit my vision at the time. She was very helpful with piecing my many vision board pictures together to create one look. As the wedding got closer, I realized my vision had changed. She eagerly met with me again in March 2023 to redesign a table within my budget. She helped me choose a lace overlay to add a little glam to my tables. I am very grateful for her guidance and professionalism. She was very patient with me during the entire process. Unfortunately, my day of coordinator who took over my contracts, miscalculated the number of linens needed for the layout. Luckily, the Waterford delivery and set up team had extra linens on their truck. I didn’t even know we were short linens until after the wedding. On wedding day, that is not something I would have wanted to know. They handled the situation effortlessly! I recommend Waterford Event Rentals to all of my family and friends. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My husband and I worked with Kayla to design the perfect tables for our river front wedding. We had a scare with delivery times the week of, but Kayla contacted one of my other vendors and made the scheduling work perfectly. We got to choose the most beautiful combination of table cloths, chairs, and chargers and needed almost no additional decor because of it. The Waterford team set up everything and packed it all up after the event with no issues at all - they were pleasant, professional, and very efficient. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone planning an event.

My husband & I used Waterford Event rentals for our wedding this past September at the Chrysler Museum. Their service was excellent! The linens that we rented from them were gorgeous and the quality was luxe - exactly what we were going for our wedding. The entire team is amazing and coordinated well with all of our other vendors to ensure our vision came to life. Sarah specifically was energetic, easy to work with, an excellent communicator, & treated us like family. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to use Waterford event rentals for their next event!
