My experience:★★★★★+ While travelling in Europe last September (2025). I accidentally dropped my iPhone into the sea and was extremely worried about losing my data. Despite my very short stay in London, they managed to bring my water-damaged iPhone back to life in a remarkably short time. Especially, Noman and Sohel were incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and highly professional. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly and honestly, and went above and beyond to help me back up my data. Even though it took time, they remained patient and supportive throughout.(and thank you for your hospitality with a seat, tea and cookies) I’ve rarely experienced such genuinely caring and professional service. Highly recommended.

Super service and fast. Great value. They seem to be very well stocked, reasonable priced. I took my laptop to be repaired, and though it was beyond repair :) Very professional. Highly recommended. Updated: MY SECOND laptop failed and had no power and once again these amazing professionals worked around the clock to fix it. Truly dedicated to their profession. Do not hesitate to trust them with your devices. Amazing.

I so glad one of the best store I've get my phone problem was battery draining in just few 10 minutes I've visited so many stores but my work not there finnally i come to the digital outlet leton they repair my phone and it's working very nice and one of the best thing I got 50% discount here and it was very nice experience thanks to degital outlet

I had such a great experience with this mobile repair shop. All of the employees were very nice, friendly, and hospitable, which made the whole process so pleasant.
