Our party crew bought a second PA system off eBay and... well... you can imagine. First big party and the fans don't work and it keeps overheating - not ideal! Took the unit to Zen and and he sorted it out for us and at a really fair price too. He kept me informed throughout the repair process, being totally transparent about where and why costs were increasing, then when I came to collect the unit he took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong, what he'd done to fix it, where he'd had to put his own spin on things etc. Could not recommend this place enough if you need any electronics or audio repairing. An absolute gent and a real local gem if you're in Harringey!

Great service, and not one easily found nowadays. The 5-way control knob on my Marshall headphones had broken, and Marshall refused to provide me with any form of repair. I come to Zen's workshop and he finds the correct part needed, fixes the headphones, and does so at a very reasonable price and timeframe. Cannot recommend enough!

I broke my one of my Bose in-ear quiet headphones and for Bose to help me as I was out of guarantee, it was going to cost £185. Although the sound still worked, they were so uncomfortable in my ear and so useless to me I called Zen, he took a look and fixed them rapid for £30. Zen glued them back and they are good as new, and the sound is still working too. Something I was worried about ruining if I tried to glue at home as so small. Thank you so much Zen! I couldn’t recommend more. Saved me loads of money and supported a local business. Win win!
