Dignity physical therapy has a very well trained , professional team. My therapist was excellent as she was careful about my exercises that are suitable for an elderly person.

Positively Horrible Experience. Place is too small for the number of therapists and patients that they cram in. They double book all therapists. To add anxiety to your experience they have a never ending billing problem which was verified by a therapist who said they hear that time and again. You pay the co-pay before seen and get communications from the billing out of state company saying you owe. So I obtained a copy of all my OV showing that the Co-Pay was paid for all visits. Plus I confirmed with my bank account. Low in behold I received a bill in the mail saying I owe $25. Of course I called the billing department they said no amount is owed. So why do I continue to receive weekly a text message and mail saying differently? When you speak to the staff in the office they either say no amount is owed refer you to the billing department or blow it off. Avoid this place.

This is a top notch Facility. I have been to Physical Therapy in three states, and this one is hands down, the best I have ever gone too. I have never liked physical therapy, because of the rush jobs they do. They don’t even pay attention to you. They give exercises and assume you are doing them right. But not here, they stay with you to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend this Facility!!!

Need to take a moment to both thank and recommend Jon Nicastro. If you're in Vegas, and you need PT, this man is a miracle worker. A few weeks ago, I couldn't lift my right arm at an oblique angle at the shoulder if there was any weight in my hand at all. (I mean any. Like, "lifting my sunglasses" wasn't going to happen if my arm was outstretched.) Jon, in a few short visits, got me back to full mobility, and I'm back to being able to lift with my buddy Andy. I'm ever so grateful. If you have any mobility issues, muscle/tendon/ligament/joint problems, etc., go see him. Not only will he solve your problem, but he'll keep you laughing the entire time he heals you.
