The best jewelry vendor in the city, hands down. We were extremely well taken care of. I was able to co-design and commission an engagement ring that blew me away. Despite my intense pickiness and high standards, Steph answered the call and blew me away (and my fiancée was blown away, too). We had the best experience here with Susan while looking for/designing an engagement ring. She made the whole process so easy and seamless. I couldn’t recommend her enough and can’t wait to come back for wedding bands and more. Her attention to detail and knowledge on the industry is top tier. She hand picks each diamond herself to make sure you are getting the best of the best. 12/10 would recommend Susan!!

Susan was truly incredible to work with. We went to multiple places and didn’t find what we were looking for. Susan was knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to work with. She took the time to educate us, brought out countless options, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. This review is long overdue, but it remains as true today as if I had written it the day I got the ring. We worked with Stephanie at Dimend SCAASI twice. The first, my husband worked with her and the team to design and create a very unique engagement ring. He used my Pinterest board as inspiration, and the team helped bring his vision to life. Later, I worked with them again to design the wedding band in which the engagement band would nest. They were great at making suggestions and helping to make the ring as perfect and comfortable for daily wear as it could be. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this ring is. It feels like something recovered from an old Victorian estate. People ask me all of the time if it’s a family heirloom. It’s really stunning and I am completely obsessed with it and the team at Dimend SCAASI. I cannot recommend their work highly enough!!
