Pretty good service! Nathan really helped my father and I with getting a recliner couch and loveseat. He made sure we were comfortable and that we actually wanted the couch! He was extremely helpful with telling which couch was the best for us. He even told us where to give our old furniture to after we get our new couch from them!
We got a solid hardwood dining set for 6. The new store in Coleman Ave, Santa Clara, CA has a lot of great options too. We had help from Nathan and Sonny for finding the best one for our home and they were great to work with and quite quick in the arrangements. Got a good deal with installation and a quick delivery!
Nathan was amazing! Showed us many couch options and gave discounts as well! Not pushy and doesn't follow you around the store the whole time you're there, unlike other stores we visited, but he always available to assist you as needed. Store smelled nice, easy transaction, and nice guy to deal with! Highly recommend! Edit: Items were delivered and assembled within the timeframe given on the delivery date. We love our new couch!
