I buy king size bed frame and take home I found they send queen size bed frame metal some big some small all the material inside was big and small it was totally packed mistake/ packing mistake and the main thing I am with two small kids and they took 4 days to fix it no answering my call very unqualified people very bad customer service waiting store for 2 hours to talk. I have also work on weekday I m also busy. I can’t take emergency leave for it. Your people are did wrong. And I m on trouble after work I try to fix it your sending items are missed and not correct size . Very unprofessional service

I ordered the Lily pet swing for my cats and it arrived very quickly ( we are in WA). The product is even better than the pics. We love it, as it is the perfect size for our cats. Thank you for supplying a product that is quality and as advertised. I had previously bought a cat swing from another company and they sent me a doll sized swing! No it was not from temu, it cost similar to the Lily swing. I highly recommend the Lily swing product and this company. Thank you
