Dr. Mary is a super positive, warm and friendly therapist. Her knowledge of how the body responds to movement is beyond amazing. Throughout my sessions I was introduced to very helpful stretches, and blown away by the strengthening exercises that really worked for me. It felt like I was given custom tailored movements that were made specifically for me! I definitely recommend checking them out, you will not be disappointed.

Mary at Direct Performance was fantastic- fun, encouraging, and just the right amount of tough. I especially liked that the clinic is located in a climbing gym. It felt energizing and fresh, not at all like a typical hospital setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert care in a unique and motivating space.

I was seeking help with back pain and walking. Found Direct Performance PT and it was a miracle. I saw Dr. Victoria and she did some dry needling. I was skeptical but became a believer as I was soon walking and standing without pain. She additionally was so very good at prescribing the exact exercises I needed to gain back my strength. Additionally, I had a fall and hurt my shoulder which added to the work and dry needling we were doing with similar results. I was truly impressed with her knowledge, ability to pin point exactly what was needed for strength building and pain relief, her patience, and sincere communication. I would recommend she and/or Dr. Nate and Dr. Mary for an honest evaluation and prescribed program. No reservations at all. They are all Blessing in work out clothes.

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Nate :) I had a high ankle sprain from climbing and was afraid at first to push hard because I had unidentified pains in other part of my foot while I worked on it and did exercises at home. Nate checked on how I felt in the beginning of every session, answered my questions and did a bit of massages, dry needling, or electrical therapy with needles (don’t know the exact name of it) to loosen up the part. Last time I had a high ankle sprain, it took me a year to get full mobility back. It’s been about 2 months now since I had started seeing him and I have 90% of mobility back already. He cleared me out last week and I am back at most of the activities I enjoy such as climbing, some yoga, and trail running.
