Absolutely amazing physical therapists! Super easy to talk to and very friendly, work with you with scheduling, just overall HIGHLY recommend! Everyone is knowledgeable and they absolutely know what they are doing! I came in with a decent 9/10 of hip pain walked out a few months later with barely a 1/2 of pain!

My time at Ivy Rehab was the best PT experience I’ve ever had. Every employee there exemplifies the epitome of kindness and care with an expertise that is unmatched. They all contributed to advocation for my treatment. I was treated by both Katherine and Patrick, and learned so much about my body and how to treat its ailments. Grace at the front desk was always there to greet me with a smile and assist me with scheduling. Christian was always there to make sure everyone was comfortable, things were clean, and to lend a helping hand when things got busy. Overall, many fun times were had and I will never forget my experience there and will take with me all the things I learned about caring for my body. If (probably more of a “when”) I ever get hurt again, I 100% will be coming back to Ivy Rehab. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a good healthcare experience. Ivy Rehab Granby is such a delightful patient environment. The staff is so lighthearted and supportive. I went for pelvic floor PT during my third trimester of pregnancy and Catherine is so awesome and knowledgeable, I will be returning postpartum! If you’re pregnant or postpartum and considering PT, look no further. Catherine offers dry needling as well which I found very affective when my lower back was seizing up. Grace at the front desk is so friendly and helpful, Christian is awesome floating around keeping everything moving, and just the general banter and dynamic of the providers with not only their patients but also each other is really sweet/entertaining. Incredible vibes. Also I totally meant to write this review last year oh no!!!

After my major knee surgery, I spent six months doing physical therapy here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. You can truly feel how much the team cares about their work, even on their busiest days. The whole team was not only extremely professional but also incredibly encouraging. They regularly adjusted my exercise plan as I improved, and despite my language barrier, they always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood. Their mix of expertise, patience, and positive energy made a huge difference in my recovery. I’ve been to several physical therapy clinics in the past, but this one has been the best by far. I highly, highly recommend them!

I had foot surgery and, while another rehab was good, I was really not making progress. I was depressed and ready to give up, when my surgeon recommended Ivy Rehab on Granby Street in Norfolk, VA. Josh Zajac turned everything around. He has an easy-going, but highly professional manner. His evaluations, new approaches and ultrasound therapy have me back to my long walks, and getting my garden gorgeous. The entire staff is excellent. The environment is relaxed and supportive. If you want to feel better in every way, from attitude to getting your groove back 💃 this is your one stop PT shop.
