I had a very bad experience at this car wash. Before the wash, I simply wanted to vacuum my car, which is a normal and reasonable request. However, the employee rudely told me that the vacuum was only for members and that I had to get a wash first. The way this was communicated was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no attempt to explain things politely or treat me like a customer. Instead, I was met with a rude attitude and poor service. This place clearly lacks basic customer service and professionalism. It feels like a very unethical business. I will not be coming back. Terrible experience.

Dirks has great customer service (special metion of Krys)! Usually wash my car by hand. Was going to forgot the vacuum since you have to buy a car wash but Krys was so kind I had to patronize! Keep up the good work and Dirks...make sure you take care of Krys like he took care of me--like royalty!!
