I just want to take the time to make a positive review because I have been to Distinctive Detailing twice now and both times they did METICULOUS work on the interior of my car. More than that though, the customer service is outstanding. I had my car detailed this past Saturday and realized this morning after it had snowed again, that I had left behind my umbrella and ice scraper when I picked my car up. I live across town so I called first to make sure they still had them before going over. Not only did they respond immediately, they then took it completely upon themselves to have the items delivered straight to me within the hour. That's a level of consideration and integrity that is so rare these days and I deeply appreciated that.
