Untrustworthy business!!! I purchased an Octane Fitness ZR8000 from them back in 2021 December as a gift for my girlfriend. After getting it home I noticed many problems with it including wore out shocks, missing screws, on/off switch missing, leaky battery, etc. When I contacted them about the issues they claimed it was my fault. Then after explaining to them that even if I caused damage in transporting it(which I didn't), I couldn't have caused all the issues just from moving it. They finally agreed to purchase the replacement parts and send them to me. They sent me one part and it was the wrong part for a different model. Then I did their job for them and sent them the exact manufacturer part numbers to make sure and get the correct parts. It was 5 months later and still no parts. They claimed the parts were on backorder, I contacted the manufacture and asked if this was true. They said all parts were in stock and shipped in 1-4 weeks. Do NOT purchase anything from them without thoroughly checking through it on site. They do not follow through on support of what they sell. Buyer beware!!

I 10 out of 10 recommend using this business if you need weight or cardio equipment. John was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. They have any machine you could desire, and delivery is fast and well done. If I buy more weight equipment in the future, I will use this business again.

I went to Discount Online Fitness uncertain whether or not I would be purchasing anything, however, John helped me find the perfect fit for my personal gym space at home. He got me a TKO half rack at an excellent price that was more than affordable for me. Not only was the price fantastic but the service was great as well. Even when I went to pick up the piece other employees offered their tools to help take the rack apart and fit into my vehicle. On top of this an employee offered me something to drink while I was working on the rack. I highly recommend Discount Online Fitness for anyone looking for high quality equipment on a budget.

Purchase of used commercial grade was 5****** I searched online first and the cost to order the same or similar elliptical used/refurbished delivered and set up at my house was running well over $1k more with a 3 week lead time. I saw Discount Fitness on Facebook marketplace and messaged about this Precor and went to their warehouse the next day. In the back they showed me their storage area as well as the area where they disassemble, inspect, clean and repair equipment before it is delivered. It was around 2k delivered and assembled for me and they thew in a rubber mat. As seen in photos, the machine is nearly flawless and could best be described appearing like it was a new elliptical at your local gym after a couple weeks of use. There were a couple minor scratches you would notice only if you walked around and eyeballed it and again the condition is without a doubt better than I had hoped for. After owning a “commercial quality” elliptical 10 years ago purchased new from a local competitor, IMO this used gym quality precor is 100x better than the equipment I had before and paid almost 2x as much for. If you are shopping for an elliptical this is the best place to get one at in the DFW at these prices.

I'm been in the fitness training industry now for 26-years. In all that time I've dealt with many a fitness equipment retailers. Some good and some very bad. My first experience with Discount Online Fitness was about 2-years ago and it couldn't have been better! It was quite a large piece of equipment so I was worried about the shipping, but it was delivered via 18-wheeler and was in perfect condition. Driver was very helpful as well. My recent experience was about 6-weeks ago for a stationary bike for my wife to use for rehab of a bi lateral leg injury. John Mathias was my salesman and was excellent in finding what I needed, in my price range and all the communication needed for the entire experience. Basically from my first call to after delivery to confirm my satisfaction. I will in the future look to and refer friends to Discount Online Fitness for all my professional & personal equipment needs. Thanks John!!!
