Went to buy 2 Barcaloungers. Ended up with only one, but very very satisfied with my purchase. Excellent price for top grain leather. Joy was very professional to work with, and the pick up crew did a good job wrapping protective film on my purchase to get it home.
Purchase was good. Found what we wanted, price was good, salesman was friendly and not pushy. Warehouse pickup was not so good. People in line had been waiting for 30 minutes for help picking up their order.
This was my first time at The Dump. Based on the on-line ads we received, we were expecting great sales so we drove an hour to get there to look at mattresses. Ends up the mattress department was like any other and the sales are all the same no matter where you purchase. Our salesman, "sleep expert" was very knowledgeable and nice. Delivery of our bed frame, Stearns and Foster Lux king mattress and Ergo 3.0 adjustable base was quick. Delivery team was so-so. They damaged one of the suppprt legs on the frame so when we adjusted the bed, that leg fell out. We had to remove the mattress and lift the frame to repair the leg ourselves. Once lifted, we realized the guys left the zip ties and twist ties just hanging from the frame and left trash under the bed. They didn't leave the unused bedframe hardware or the Temperpedic base headboard bracket kit. It wasn't used in our installation, but we may need these things in the future. I'm in the process of trying to get these items returned to us. Hopefully there won't be any issues. First night on the mattress wasn't good. But we will give it 30 days or so to see if we adjust. We are supposed to be able to exchange within 3 mos. for a $199 fee. To be continued . .
Joel and Tre and all the associates in the Irving Texas location was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable of all the items that I purchased. The experience was amazing and will be returning for the entire experience all over again!
Sales person was Joel, and he was really good. Not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products. We felt very comfortable buying from him. We did not purchase the first time we went in because shopping for a mattress, we wanted to think about it for a little while. He even gave me his cell number and answered a question for me before we went back. When we did go back, we asked for him because he really made us feel comfortable, unlike most sales people in furniture stores. We just had the mattress delivered and their system is so great! They give you a link and can refresh all day to see when your delivery will arrive. That gave us plenty of time to clean and get ready. We appreciate their attention to detail!
