I recently hired Plumbing Discount in San Francisco for a Sewer/Drain pipe cleaning and repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Huge shoutout to Ricardo and Geordy—they were professional, punctual, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the repair process clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. It is clear they are highly knowledgeable, and they handled a tough job with total efficiency while keeping the pricing very reasonable. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they even made sure to leave the workspace spotless. It’s hard to find honest, skilled, and reliable service these days, but Ricardo and Geordy are the real deal. If you're looking for quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend asking for these two. Great experience all around!

Ricardo was the BEST!! He was able to fix our garbage disposal that wasn’t working in no time and was so kind and considerate. Also it was super easy to set up a same day appointment with them!! Definitely will continue calling them when I need a repair :)

Discount Plumbing has completed three jobs for us in the past month and have been amazing at each one of them! We had a major sewage project completed in a timely manner due to tree root intrusion. From assessment to project completion, the crew provided great service and results. We also had two separate projects where Ryan C. helped move our water heater and replace our pilot when it went out. They are fast and professional, and scheduling the service was very easy. We will keep using Discount Plumbing in the future as our dedicated plumbers!

We had a clogged outdoor P-trap drain pipe, and Carlos G quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended snaking the drain to clear it before the next heavy rainfall. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very satisfied with his service, and the drain is now flowing freely again. Discount Plumbing also gave a 1 month warranty on the snaking performed.

I live in Hawaii, and my mom who lives in San Francisco called me in a panic because her hot water suddenly stopped working. I reached out to Discount Plumbing, and they immediately sent Kevin to her home. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue with her water heater, and called me to clearly explain the possible solutions. Kevin kept me updated every step of the way, even sending me photos of the old unit so I could understand what was going on from across the ocean. Once I decided to move forward with a full replacement, he skillfully handled everything, picked up the new water heater, installed it quickly, and followed up with photos of the completed work. (I’ve posted the before and after photos) Before leaving, he left my mom his business card in case she needed anything else, which gave both of us peace of mind. The payment process was also seamless, they emailed me the invoice so I could take care of it directly, which was great because I didn’t want my mom to have to deal with any of it. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and efficiency Kevin and Discount Plumbing showed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for dependable plumbing service in San Francisco!
