I was in & out in under 30mins! I had a bolt in my tire. They were able to get it out, patch the tire & at no cost to me! I've been coming here for years & they never disappoint.

Had an appointment for 9am today and all the requested work was done in less than an hour. I pulled out of the parking lot before 10am. The customer service was AMAZING and Edgar was extremely informative and understanding of what I wanted and was able to meet both my wants and needs. The music in the lobby was pretty awesome as well!

The best tire guys in town. Had a slow leak from a construction nail in the center of my tread. Took my car to Lambs and the guy tried to tell me the leak was in the sidewall and unpatchable. As a female car enthusiast, I’m unfortunately used to shops trying to rip me off. So I go to discount tire next to see what they say. I made an appointment online. They patched it in under an hour and used the proper torque specs on the lugs and didn’t get a scratch on the carbon fiber parts of the wheel. They did this at NO charge to me. Most tire places charge $20-30 for a patch. Big thanks and shout outs to Jesus and Manny! They are true professionals and fantastic at what they do. When it comes time to swap out my tires, they’ve earned my future business.

Thank you Discount Tire on Ben White! For excellent, efficient, and friendly service on my Fiat 500. I made an appointment to get my tires changed after work, and upon arrival Stacy greeted me as I pulled into the lot. These guys took great care of me and I was in and out in under an hour, despite how busy they were on Monday. I work in customer service myself, and the staff of this location is so professional and polite. I commend them for their hard work and efficiency in honoring my appointment. They even came out to give me an ETA part way through my service, and cut me a deal on my wiper blades that also needed to be changed super badly, lol. Just last week my partner made an appointment to get the wheels changed out on his daughter’s Toyota, and he had a wonderful experience as well. I will be recommending this Discount Tire to everyone I know in need of a tire service. Stellar job well done.
