I love buying my tires at Discount tire due to some free benefits offered. Always have reminders when to check tire air pressure, tire rotation and balance. Great staff, great service even if it's free. Easy to schedule and can just come as walk in.

Great experience with the store. Their system caught that the wheels i wanted them to order would not handle the weight of my Tesla. Brandon helped me look for alternatives and then special ordered them for me. Wheels came from CA to NC in about 4 days and were installed with new tires same day they arrived and in time for my road trip. Great place to do business.

I’m not sure where to start. I needed a specific tire for my car and they were able to order it and get me in the next morning to replace. When I came in for my appointment on my donut the guy stepped outside to check my car and came in and very comprehensively and professionally told me he’s not sure how i made it to the shop because all 4 of my tires were very very bad LOL. I knew my tires needed to be replaced but money is tight and could only play for one. He worked with me to replace all 4 tires for an AMAZING price that I could afford because he was that worried about my safety. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me but was trying to work with my needs and budget. I will now come to this shop for all of my tire needs because they truly care.

This place is always amazing. Had an appt made for Saturday at 3pm, line was long when I arrived but was checked in by 3:15. Had my car back with 4 new tires by 4:10. Amazing staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to come back here for all my tire needs.
