Discount Tire is the BEST in all the LAND...hands down! Been going to them for years and years! Never had a problem with them, EVER! Honestly, they are professional and courteous! Their customer service is right up there with those other folks that make that chicken sandwich and aren't opens Sundays! Discount Tire serves coffee and water though. They are absolutely the Best! You won't regret going to them for your tire needs. They also do wiper blades...yes, wiper blades too! Enjoy the experience! G!reat customer service is rare these days so, get it while you still can!

Always very satisfied with Discount Tire in general and this store specifically. I’ve been getting my tires for them for years and multiple vehicles but I’m especially grateful for their help (on multiple occasions) patching tires. Just today I brought in a car after the dealership wanted to charge us despite not figuring it out and they had found a nail and had it patched in under an hour.

Great experience with Discount Tire! I booked an appointment online and paid for the tires in advance. They price matched with a lower price from another tire company. My associate, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. My tire installation was to be completed by 4:17. I got a text at 4:15 that my vehicle was ready for pickup. The appointment only took about 30-45 minutes. I am very pleased with their service and will be bringing other vehicles for new tires.

We ran into a bit of a challenge getting the tires perfectly balanced at first, but the team stuck with it and got everything riding smooth. What really stood out was how attentive and helpful everyone was, they took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I left completely satisfied. Discount Tire on Roxboro St offers efficient service & a wide tire selection. Online appointment scheduling is convenient. However, understaffing can lead to longer wait times. But that didn’t happen to me today. Everything worked out perfectly. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and he picked the right tires. He also helped me sort through the more expensive tire and the traveling tire that I had. It was a great opportunity for Sale and very necessary due to my driving conditions. I was just asking about a new set of tires when I saw that I had a flat or a piece of metal sticking out of the tire. They changed all the tires and the one that they didn’t have they gave me a loaner tire for worked perfectly. I was still able to take my family to the beach, on top of that they offered a discount tire credit card. I was able to cover the cost of the tires with six months to pay with no interest. I called that a good day.
