I had a great experience at Discount Tire. The associate who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was extremely caring and provided excellent customer service. Since I don’t know much about cars or tires, he took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the best one at a very reasonable price. The service was fast and efficient—I was there for less than 50 minutes for diagnosis and replacement of all four tires. Everyone was helpful, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

Discount Tire was amazing! I went to get air in my tires because I was heading back home to OK, about a 4hr drive, when a tech stopped the other guy from putting air in my tires cuz he wanted to check my tires. He saw that the 2 front tires were about to blow out. I could've gotten into a bad accident in the next few minutes from what he said. I was in a bind so he got the assistant mgr. Dylan. He did everything he could to help me out and went out of his way to get me 2 tires. He was amazing! I truly appreciate him and the rest of the team. I 100% recommend this location for amazing customer service. I am training here in Plano, TX from another state for management and do recognize great customer service when I see it. An absolutely great experience!

I have NEVER had a bad experience, a rude technician, an unreasonable wait time, or an overpriced product. As a woman, I am never "talked down to" as if I am "the little lady", but spoken to and treated with the same respect and expectation of intelligence as any man. I've never been badgered to "give us a five-star review". This review is made of my own volition. I think I've been a customer about 20-25 years. I've referred my friends and family, and cannot recommend them highly enough. You will become a loyal customer, too, which comes with the added bonus of peace of mind that you will never be taken advantage of or sold an inferior product. Honesty, integrity and pride comes with every transaction. You will not be disappointed.

‼️‼️‼️It’s so frustrating they just acted as putting the air in the tire but they didn’t actually. As a result look at my rims of the cars, how can it be happen within 30 minutes of filling the air in tires. I just went to Costco again put the Airtel’s myself but it stayed. I’ve understood that Discount tire employee behaved very reckless not putting the air but just acting upon as though he did! All the rims of 4 wheels have got damaged as attached. Don’t behave so cheap with your customers! I’ve been with many discount tires locations but it never happened the worst way like this! I’m gonna bear the cost your irresponsibility! I can’t forget this worst experience with you guys at this location! My day was so upset and nervous because of your recklessness🥲
