Great service! Wasn't as crowded today. Made appointment, paid for tires ahead of time. Dropped truck off and waited in lobby. Was out in less than an hour. I'm confident should a problem arise, they will have me covered. I once had to get tires balanced in Palm Desert while on vacation. They took care of me at no charge. Love this place!! Oh yeah, tires are rad and look great. Thank you DT!

Cheap prices, cheaper service. The only positive was they did have the tires I wanted. The service is sketchy at best. They tried charging me a tire recycling fee even though I explicitly told them I wanted the older tires as a summer set and they were in the back of my truck. They put different sidewalls facing out even though they have different patterns and lettering. And to top it off, they put 82 psi in tires that have a max of 80. I had to return to have it fixed and it took just as long as getting all 4 replaced. Then acted like I was the one in the wrong when I pointed out their issues. The “service tech” tried arguing that it was “normal” but when I showed him proof that it wasn’t, he scoffed and wouldn’t go get the manager. Pay the $20 difference and get tires at a reputable shop. Or doublecheck the work yourself.

I’ve been going to this shop for thirteen years. The employees are always great and the service impeccable. Most recently I bought wheels and tires for Tacoma I purchased a few months ago. They gave me the best deal for the package including online deals from Black Friday. Shout out to Jose and Dom for making the experience seamless and professional exceeding all expectations. I had an exceptional experience talking to Josh on the phone. He helped me understand a few new entries in some of the all season tire offerings, prepared 2 optional quotes and explained which tires would be best in snow and wet/rainy conditions. Michael R. checked me in day of my appointment and even helped install my new wiper blades that I was struggling to install myself. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
