Had the tires i needed; in stock and without an appointment. Very knowledgeable, didn't ruin my air pressure monitors either. I didn't intend to go here but the other place didn't have what I needed in stock and when I went to a different location they said I'd have to wait 6 hours to get "fitted in".

This was my first time going to discount tire, after having several of my friends recommend them. I actually took my vehicle in to have tires put on today. And I do have to say what terrific work they do. They explained the warranty of my four tires they took the time they did the alignment for me and kept me abreast of every step that they were doing to my vehicle. I was very impressed and I recommend them very highly. I wish I would’ve known a lot sooner than I did about discount tire they are fantastic and I highly recommend them. I use the location on Illinois Road.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best service for my tires.I highly appreciate that they did not charge for my tire repair as it was a safety issue.Joey did an excellent job for my tire repair. The service was fast and efficient—my car was in and out much quicker than I expected. I also appreciate their transparent pricing and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Discount Tire for anyone looking for great prices, quality products, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future tire needs!

Came in to have the TPMS sensors on my wife’s car replaced. They offered the best rate per tire, and the installation was quick and efficient. I really appreciate the great service and everything they do.

I recently had an issue with a tire installation that left me extremely frustrated. I’ll admit, my frustration came through over the phone—but John and McCoy remained calm, respectful, and genuinely concerned throughout. They took full ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right, ensuring I received a full set of new tires, valve stems, Tire pressure monitor sensors and replacement center caps after the originals were damaged during the initial install. Their professionalism and willingness to correct the mistake changed my mind about returning—I appreciate the way they handled everything.
