Great car wash, everything was very nice here. Workers are very kind people as well- Marcus and I bonded over a fondness for Florida State University. GO NOLES! Floor mat cleaners are amazing, the indoor vacuum station is so nice and warm as well. 5/5

Hey all! My experience with Drive n Shine was OUTSTANDING. The car wash itself was fantastic, but I’d like to focus on the customer service! I made a phone call to this location before going and Matt who answered the phone was absolutely customer focused and incredibly knowledgeable! Then when I entered in the In n Out detail section I was blown away by how kind Devon was, it was my first time using that portion of the facility and didn’t know how to use the window cleaner and when I asked, Devon didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t using my common sense. Instead he was very polite and explained how to use it and then even went the extra mile to grab me some micro fiber towels so I can clean my windows! Overall I give this location a 20/10!!! Keep up that excellent customer service, it’s absolutely unmatched!

I like that my car travels more slowly through the wash. I feel that it gets cleaner this way. The availability of the indoor vacuum and other services is a game changer for me, given the changing weather in Fort Wayne. I enjoy that I can use an air hose to blow out dust and things before I use the vacuum. All this and it’s only $4 more than I paid elsewhere. I love this place!

Extremely friendly and help staff! Even top off my tires for me when they’re running low before I go through the wash….i love the indoor detailing and the vacuums are the best in town! 5 stars all around

I missed the turn for Take 5 and ended up and Drive & Shine. I wondered why my window sticker wouldn’t let me through….the guys were great and offered a car wash. I’m glad I did. My car looked great. I was given a platinum car wash-no water spots, no streaks. All shine. When I’m at this end of Ft Wayne again, I will stop in. Thank you!
