I have never had issues with this location in the sense of services. I have always had an issue with a particular employee who seems to give shitty service to certain individuals. employee also lied about my tires needing replacing & stating they were bad. Went to the bob bullock location and they told me my tires were good , did not needing replacing, & stated I had extra protection cost on my tires and should be replaced regardless if damaged beyond repair. Stopped going to this location. Bob bullock location has given exceptional service in the 4 recent visits with my families vehicles!

I don’t know much about cars and my biggest fear is not knowing how to invest and maximize quality for a reasonable price. I must add that for being a car shop the customer service was on point! I was offered water for waiting! they didn’t just take my money and forget about me. Tony is a great friendly mechanic, who gave me the best possible options and advice for good quality tires and how to maintain them. Now because of him i’ll have good tires that will last me and i now trust discount tire over any other tire shop in laredo! They truly want the best for their customers and they handle any matter like professionals!

Second time in 6 months I have to visit. Second time I am uberly impressed. They smile, they offer good advice, they are accurate. See the last review below FIRST REVIEW: These guys are stupendous! I arrived before the store opening fully expecting to wait outside until 8am. Well, before I could turn the car off the representative was standing at my door waiting to help me. The tire specialist followed closely to inspect the tire and make a recommendation. A few minutes of completing paperwork and when I sat to call work about a late arrival, the representative walked out to report the job was complete! In and out in about 15 minutes! That's service!

Alejandro G. was the employee who first assisted me, and he was very attentive and helpful. Although I don’t know the names of the manager or the younger employee who worked on my tire, both provided excellent service—the manager even brought us water on a hot day, which was greatly appreciated. The team at the McPherson location is doing an outstanding job. Thank you!
