Wow! Had a small leak in my tire. Showed up and had someone looking at it within a few minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and good natured. They fixed my flat in 30 minutes and then didn’t even charge me, wow! Highly recommend you use this store for your next tire fix or purchase.

Bought a beautiful set of tires at the Talking Stick location and the promotion saved me $80 plus a veterans discount. My advisor Richard was very helpful but not pushy, and I found the tire I was looking for. They were very busy on a Monday morning but I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Making an appointment online saves time too. Highly recommended!

And the hits keep getting better with every visit to Discount Tire, regardless of which store or location you visit. This time, it was at the corporate flagship store in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I ran into an issue with the skid plate on my wife's Audi Q7. We were kind of desperate with the grandchild in the backseat and the skid plate dragging on the ground, not knowing what to do until Samuel got down under and offered to cut the damn thing off. Instead, he removed what was remaining of the skid plate, and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough about this organization and how it consistently amazes with its exceptional customer service. It, along with its employees, almost always helps its customers. Once again, five thumbs up to Discount Tire.

I called ahead and was assured they could change my trailer tires. Upon showing up the lot was so full I parked on the street. I went inside multiple times just to be sent back out to “wait”. I was finally paged in where I was promptly asked to pay in full for the services. Adding up to nearly $1000 I paid and was informed that I could disconnect my trailer and return later to pick it up. About 2-3 hours after leaving I received a text stating my trailer was finished and ready for pickup. I arrived, backed up to my trailer, hooked up and left. I did not realize until the next day (after driving 7 hours into Colorado) that they never changed my tires. I was hauling my 1000+ lb horse over mountains and through severe “dead zones” with 8 year old dry rotted tires. When we called to find out how to remedy this we were told that the “easiest thing for them” was for me to find another discount tire and go there to get the services that I paid for in Scottsdale. I looked up locations near me and they had terrible reviews and ratings. I never received an apology or explanation for why my trailer was “cleared to go” yet not a single employee laid a hand on my trailer.
