I arrived late in the day in the NW winter with every tire bay full and the lobby full of people because my tire went flat. Michael came out and determined it was damaged and needed replaced. He processed a warranty replacement and ordered the tire. No hassles. Very courteous and thorough service despite being busy. Warranty certificate = priceless. Excellent experience. Thank you
