Honest company that has earned my continuous business! Went in for a skid plate that was detached and I needed help putting back in place. They handled it quickly, efficiently and didn't charge a crazy fee, nor try to upsell anything. Everyone I interacted with there was friendly and pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone!

I had a great experience with American Way. They worked directly with the insurance company to coordinate pricing and only collected from me the exact amount that the insurance company paid out to me. They collected the rest from insurance. The guys did a great job repairing my scratched door and re-painting it. The color match was just about perfect. And I got my car back a couple days prior to the original estimate. Overall I’m very happy with their service. Thank you Jon and team!

I've been here 3 times, twice forna repair estimate. I can't vouch for the work done on my vehicles as they were determined total losses by the insurance company. I can say the people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The last time I took an individual part in to get an estimate for painting, and the estimator told me how I could swap the part (door handle bezel) out myself and saved me a couple hundred bucks. I will certainly consider using them in the future solely based on the customer service I have received there.
