Although it was a short interaction on a Saturday afternoon it was pleasant and painless. Glad I found discount tire their customer service and work ethic is outstanding. Called in spoke with Dayton about installing a tire 🛞 on my truck. He gave me a price, so I went in and decided to have it installed here at this location Alta Mesa. I gave named isai piggy 🐖 backed ride off of his co worker Dayton, he gave me the same price and explained everything correctly. They also went out of their way to check the air pressure on my other tire as well. Very happy customer will be again for sure. 😁✌️

Mysha was professional, handled business and got my tires on my vehicle extremely fast! Which I am overly grateful for because I had to pick up my son by a certain time, and she personally went back there to assist and get the tires on my car faster! Thank you again I’d give her 100 stars the entire experience was seamless!

My experience was perfect. I made an early afternoon appointment for some very inexpensive tires, and when I arrived, the place was extremely busy. But we were checked in promptly by a professional and friendly employee. Incredibly, the car was ready in 20 minutes. You won’t find a better experience start to finish than that!

The guy in the office was really nice, but there was some type of a communication issue between the office and the people in the bay because I kept having to ask for my old tires. It was almost like they were trying to keep them. Anyways, besides that everything was fine that’s why there’s a four star rating. With my appointment was able to be done in about an hour for two tires.
