I’ve been to this car shop 3 times in the last 2 weeks dealing with my tires. Nothing big thankfully. Well today I had an appointment to get my tires rotated, the service was very quick & everybody is super nice! Well I had a back light out I couldn’t get the bulb to twist out, I had the bulbs but jut could get it out. While a young man pulled my car around, I quickly asked if he could just pull the bulb out of the socket for me so I could change it when I got home. He took 5 mins let me get to the light & pulled it out for me. I got home & was able to change my rear light, was also able to see how to take it out for the other side. I got both rear lights taken care of now & my tires have been rotated. As a single mom with no male around I know I can goto this discount ties location & I can trust the people who are working on my car. Thank you guys so much!

Tire price was good. YOU have to be aware of what tire you buying because they will want to add you other options .. this tire is better has more thead can last more miles and be aware of prices of course.

Went to get 4 tires installed from an online dealer and experience was great. They discovered one of my tire bolts were stripped and recommended a reputable repair shop to replace it. They got me back on the road quick and they were very professional. This place is located right off of I-295 and is very busy. Reservations are strongly recommended but if you walk in, be prepared to wait. Prices for tires and ancillary services are ok. Me, preferably, I buy my tires online to save money and have Discount do the labor but to each his own. Very good business.

Wonderful experience! Very little wait time and turnover of job completion. I appreciate the organization and cleanliness of the store. Well A/C and spacious waiting areas. Eric was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered recommendation with no push back effects.

My husband comes here all the time, but this visit was me and my son! He needed a flat tire replaced and we had a warranty. Let me tell ya, this place is always a buzz! (Be sure to set an appointment online!) There is a full staff on deck, and you will be acknowledged when you arrive. The team seems to work efficiently, taking care to ensure each customer has been taken care of! We were helped by "Jake" and he was awesome! Friendly, pleasant to talk to, held a cool conversation and when our car was being serviced, Jake came to us to let us know what was going on. When the new tires were installed, "Eric" was the staff member that drove our car out to us. Along with Jake, Eric also explained the reason why they didn't place one lug nut back on, didn't want to force it, and didn't want to cause any damage, and ensured us it was safe to drive 👌🏽 Eric noticed the hubcap cover was missing and he offered to put it back on for us, once we retrieved it from the trunk. Eric, also, was attentive and friendly! Loved the customer service from the team and we will, of course, be a returning customer. Have a great day team and thank you!
