I’ve been here several times over the last 5 years and the service is always great. Multiple people usually acknowledge that they see me and will be with me shortly. Flat repairs are free, even if you didn’t buy tires here. Warranty is great. Free wifi for when you wait in the store and want to work. Overall have had a really positive experience here and recommend it.

I had a fantastic experience at this discount tire. I came in on the first very snowy night of the season with a low tire. I arrived around 5 PM and fully expected to be turned away because I know they close at six. The manager and associates in the store worked so hard to get my car in and stayed much after closing time to support all of the customers. I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism from all employees. They saved me from a very difficult next morning. Thank you!

Couldn't helped out, they don't want business, & don't care about you if you don't have an appointment! Never been to a tire shop b4 where you needed an appointment, that is so ridiculous! Would not recommend it! 💯 and I asked if they know any other shops around, they responded "next time but I don't think they're available & about close" so I took my shot & best thing that happen to me, they were able to help out & changed my tire, their motto is "first come, first serve" as it should be!

Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. These guys really don’t care about you or your vehicle. Went in with an appointment, my tires were installed opposite of how I requested, employees were extremely rude when I addressed this, and straight up lied to my face. Took upwards of 2 hours for them to swap 2 tires with an appointment. Witnessed another employee treating a woman customer extremely disrespectfully while there. They will absolutely try to take advantage of you if they can. All in all a horrible discount tire location. Truly don’t know how they have over 4 stars. I will not be back and advise others to go elsewhere

Absolute above and beyond service today! There were issues the team was experiencing getting my wheels off today, my phone was unreachable and they couldn't continue the job wi5hout reaching me. There was a glitch with the reporting software that said my vehicle was done. I arrived around 430pm to pick up my truck knowing they close at 6pm. Turns out, Joel, needed my lug key to get a wheel off and another minor issue approved. He was very sorry that the truck wasn't done and I was sure to tell him it's absolutely my fault not his. Being that they only got 1 tire done, they could have easily asked me to come back tomorrow as they were quickly approaching their closing time. However, he didn't skip a beat and told me if I was willing to wait he would have it completed in the next 45 mins. Here I am, sitting in the store writing this at 6:30pm (30 mins after they closed!)as they ran into a couple more issues they had to work through. I'm absolutely blown away by the level of service, commitment and pride this location and Joel have exuded is and should be level setting for any service business as gold standard service! Thank you Joel and thank you to the team for making this happen tonight.
