Husband called and talked to Chris. Told him wife has a nail in the tire. Told to bring it in. Got there and only waited about 30 minutes. Got me in, fixed the tire and was not charged. Everyone was great.

I have always had good experience with every discount tire. I’ve gone to from setting up mobile appointments to quick service and good prices. Today I was having a bad day and to make things worse my tire got flat, which I just bought. After going in and finding out, I couldn’t fix it. I got really upset and unfairly treated the rep poorly. He stayed calm and was respectful And politely entire time. A big shout out to Jordan and discount tire for helping me through your process. You never know what kind of date someone’s having and they helped make a pretty bad day not so bad

Joshua was so helpful getting me set up for my services & making sure I was getting what I needed taken care of. Kui did the work & even doubled checked to help ease my mind.
