I was referred to James by Crystal who works at Friendly Ford. I called for an estimate, she said they don't that kind of work(A redo on my AC), this was Thursday the 27 of June. So I called James, told him who referred me to him. I told him about my issue, 20mins later he emailed me with a price for what I wanted done, called him back and brought my truck to him on Friday. He called me the same day around 5pm. it was done. Got there explained what he did and that there was another problem concerning my AC. He fixed it and didn't charge me. 110% Recommendation, his price was reasonable compared to the estimates I got. He'll be seeing me when needed. Thanks again James/55.

I have went to 55 Auto numerous times and have even referred over my parents and other friends. Work is always done extremely fast, and he gives price efficient options so you aren't just paying the higher sticker price. I've sent in luxury cars to beat up cars and the cars are treated with the up most care every time! 10/10 would recommend!

How often does the owner actually take your car for a test drive to see what you are talking about? Well James did that and pretty much knew the problem right away. He called me into the shop with my truck up on the rack with wheels spinning to vibrating tires that had been sitting too long and developed flat spots causing the problem. He also gave me very valuable information about my vehicle tranny type having chronic issues. His straight forward customer communication was refreshing and I left his shop knowing what my next move would be. Thank you very much for your expertise and willingness to share. I’m very new to North Las Vegas, don’t know anyone or where to go for car repairs. I Goggled and 55 appeared first but I researched 2 other places and all reviews for 55 Auto were positive and frequently mentioned reasonable. All very true AND friendly, helpful, honest customer service!!! I am very impressed and will continue to use their awesome services!
