Made an appointment to get a hole plugged in my tire, got there early, over an hour later truck hasnt moved into the shop. Why do we have an option for appointment making if it doesnt matter? Will go to a speedier shop next time.

Best tire shop in town! Always kind and quick!! We have used discount tires for 12 of our cars. We have 3 daughters and they have had multiple cars. They have great prices but the customer service is fantastic!! They will check your tire pressure too for free.

Jake at the Hurstbourne location definitely made my experience at Discount Tire today. He was super knowledgeable about everything and even though Discount Tire doesn’t do the non tire related services I needed as well, he was able to direct me to the place to go. I did still get my tires and wipers changed today and that was a great experience. Very kind. I definitely will be back. 10/10 for Jake!

Jake & the rest of the staff at this location are always so friendly & helpful. I appreciate the hard work they do to get clients out in a timely matter. They never lie about the wait time but always make sure customers are comfortable & set up for road and vehicle safety. This past visit I had to use my spare tire & they made sure it was still durable & aired up properly when placing it back in my trunk which I really appreciated. Great crew up there!!!

They are friendly, fast and knowledgeable and I feel like I got my money's worth. They assessed my current tires and said I needed 2 new tires and ordered them for a reasonable price. It got to the store in a few days and I was able to do a walk in appointment, which is super convenient so I don't have to book anything in advance. I got the warranty as well which comes with free tire rotations. I will absolutely return and plan to use them for all of my tire needs in the future!
