I called in, talked to Jesus. He gave me a quote for the two tires I needed replaced. Upon showing up he tried to upsell all 4 tires which I get because upselling is art of the job. The fact that he said “we need you to do the third tire or we won’t be able to take it in” is what really bothers me the most. I understand you need to try and upsell but if I say no it should simply be a no and get what I need done. Instead he refuses to do the service because I won’t get that third tire. I went to a different discount tire on kino parkway and they tried to upsell me but once I declined they took my car in and started with the service. A job well done not for Jesus, of course.

My partner went in to get his tire fixed they moved it to the other side when he went to complain they took car back they fixed the tire but now they left the lug nuts lose from front tires causing car to shake all I had to do was tighten them the right way this place is sketchy they don't have cameras inside the area where your car is in hands of ppl who you don't know you can trust I will recommend anyone reading this be on the look out when your car is in service. also don't let them convince you If they don't have your tire size to put whatever they have just to make a SALE!

I showed up around 5 PM and they were pretty busy but said they could take me and they stay until all customers are finished. Tomas helped me out thank you. Very nice. They have a crack squad of mechanics and customer service people there. To me, the whole operation appeared very professional. Very happy.
