I needed to get the air in my tires for an unexpected road trip first thing in the morning. Stopped in this Discount Tire location and had the great experience of having Tim take car of it. Thos guy is so professional he should be line for a management position soon. He asked questions i didn't think about and updated my account information as we talked. I'm coming back just based on this experience.

I don’t usually use discount, but ended up here because they could do a walk-in, and told me they could get me out the door by 545, as this is a work vehicle and would be needed by 6pm. While we were waiting I heard the clerk call another owner about needing to replace his lugnuts. After waiting over an hour, they finally took the car back at 5:50pm. Wouldn’t you know, 5 minutes after they took my car back, I heard the exact same story wanting me to pay another $60 for lugnuts. I’ve owned multiple vehicles and never had this problem, although the tech claims it happens all the time. It’s 6:15 and we are still waiting for the vehicle. This is the last time I’ll visit discount for tire replacement.

I am a former Discount Tire Employee, I was Tire Tech/Courier, I I still have calluses on my hands from the gained of experience providing accurate customer service and changing tires, I went to school and improved my life. Did you know that "Stomach/GUT" has 4 times more neurons than the Brain? Yes, the Gastrointestinal Track has FOUR TIMES more neurons than the Brain, The only difference is that the stomach cannot perform Arithmetics. It's known mundanely as "A GUT FEELING", You know that something is wrong, you cannot pin point exactly, BUT you have the GUT FEELING something is wrong. Well, this is the same GUT feeling I experienced that my order was not going to be tended or completed in a timely manner. There was just a bad energy from beginning with the employee whom proceeded my request when I dropped off the sole rim at the Discount Tire at Recker. He expressed that he didn't have the tire in store and a courier will take 1hrs to deliver it, I replied not to worry, I was going to pick up the rim and tire after 5pm, therefore he has plenty of time available, The drop off time was 11am, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Towards the end of day received a notification that my tire was being processed AFTER 530PM. As a former Discount Tire Employee, AGAIN, I just had THE GUT FEELING that the employee was going to intentionally delay my service, and I shouldn't trust him. I arrived at 515pm and my rim was still in the same spot I had dropped it off, UNTOUCHED, I was disappointed with the employee and the team, I requested a refund, Serjio is a good man, he attempted to make up for the delayed time, he also attempted to defend his coworker, I will give Serjio kudos because I would do the same when my teammates are slacking and blame someone else. Life is very interesting, I pray no one delays their service when they visit the Emergency Department.

Wait time was long in the uncomfortable low chairs. Customer service has always been pretty great now and in the past. I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone. The consistent service over the years has been outstanding. Staff always wonderful. I did notice they didn't have water available like they use to. That was always appreciated during the wait time. I made an appointment ahead of time but that didn't seem to make much difference in the wait time. It definitely was a busy day though. Love this place still.
