I got new tire for my 2013 Toyota corolla today. They are very professional , kind and knowledgeable. Specially, Mr.cody carries the meaning of his name he was very helpful and competent. I have been to many discount tire outlets in Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Texas but this discount tire outlet is the best in Service and commitment. Definitely recommend and I am looking forward to be a returning customer.

Went in at 1715 almost closing time due to hours at my work, Ethan was super responsive and sold me a solution within my budget. Excellent customer service, no hassle, very organic conversation. They stayed late and serviced my vehicle. Great way to retain customers, a good marriage between mom and pop store service with corporate execution. Will be returning for tire, rotation and car service needs offered at this location.

Experienced an unexpected low tire pressure warning near Discount tire on Holland Rd. Shop was extremely busy but service professional fit me in. Believe his name was Devin. While waiting I had the opportunity to observe knowledgeable professionals and efficiencies in a well run shop. Customer appointments were honored. Customers were kept informed while waiting. Service providers removed a screw and plugged my tire within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this location.

I would never return to this store or Discount Tire chain in general. When I had one tire flat last month and took my car in they said it was too close to the tire wall to fix it, so I had to replace all 2 tires in the rear. Today I had a similar flat on one of my front tires and took it in and they said it was fixable and plugged it as shown in the picture below. Why is it so inconsistent when it comes to being able to fix or not fix it ? I purchased the Road Hazard Protection plan from Discount Tire but I guess their tactic was to push you to buy a new tire as much as possible and when it’s their turn to replace the tires according to the Protection Plan they try to fix it as much as possible. Not worth the money.
