Very easy to book an appointment, open communication throughout the process,detailed report with pictures after the inspection, someone went over the report after with recommendations- i found this very transparent and extremely informative. They said it would take about an hour to get everything done, and it took about an hour. This was easily one of the best experiences I've had in a mechanic's shop.

I was looking for a new automotive repair company and I came across this one on google. They had a lot of positive reviews. I called and spoke to Jason and he was very professional and informed. I dropped my van off that day and they updated me through out the process and offered me a shuttle ride home instead of waiting. The van was ready the next morning for pick up. It was a very easy process and I would highly recommend them.

I want to start by saying I generally love Christian’s brothers and never had a bad experience until recently. Everyone is friendly and I like the detailed reports they give and the ability to decline/accept work. Recently I brought my car in due to a noise it’s making when I hit a certain speed. It sounds like a tire going flat and my steering wheel shakes. They recalibrated something in my engine and did diagnostics and it was $800. Ok no problem. Except it’s still doing it. I wanted to bring it back and ended up in the hospital and this is just way extra stress. I do not want to pay more money for something I expected to be fixed the first time around. I’ve never had this issue with Christian brothers before and I’m pretty disappointed.

First repair shop that asked pertinent and specific questions pertaining to the problems I was experiencing with my brakes making it a bit easier for the technician to troubleshoot the problem. A little bit pricy but considering the age of my vehicle, and todays economy in general, glad to have my vehicle back on the road within 24 hours, taking into consideration that it was an after hours drop-off with no appointment. Thanks again for the expeditious repair to my vehicle.
