Nothing like a nail to ruin your morning until the heroes at Discount Tire came to save the day! WOW, what incredible service. They patched up my tire and restored my faith in humanity in under 50 minutes. AND filled the rest of my tires. Safe to say they have a customer for life. Cheers to the next 60 years together❤️

I had to change my appt a couple times, and ended up arriving early. Only waited a couple mins to get helped and was able to check in right away. Was recommended a different set of tires due to the rating of the initial set, so ended up spending a little more but greatly appreciated! Had the spare on, so they helped fix the regular tire and put the spare back. The tech ended up running a scan due to the tire light being on, and recommended replacing the sensors that were out but I passed, and he was nice enough to write down what was needed and the price, for when I was ready. I went in with no valve covers and they ended up putting some on for me. I noticed that one was still missing when I was done, and the tech was very nice and willing to help find one to put on before i left. Overall, the service was great, and I had a great experience.

Customer service is great. I set up an appointment for 945am for new tires. They initially estimated the service to be completed by 1105am but completed by 1015am. Note, I did choose to wait on site so I do think they prioritize people with appointments and if you decide to wait. I definitely will use them again. Prices vary. They do provide military discount.

Went in for a patch, but the culprit was right in the sidewall as shown below. The front desk guy was so nice, he told me it would be ready in a couple hours even though they were extremely busy. I went home received a call that it was not repairable so I replaced the two rear tires. They were fast and affordable. He even showed me the tire so I could see where and why it was not repairable. Salesperson #9 Edoh it says on the receipt. Thanks for the great service to all of you. Tesla Model 3. Rear tires

Great experience from beginning to end. I called first to ask about availability and spoke to Terrance who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very positive. I brought my vehicle in a couple hours later as a walk-in and worked with Andre. He was SO kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and easy to work with - really great guy. 100% recommend him and this location to anyone. Also, I knew which tires I wanted for my vehicle and no one tried to up-sell or sell me things I didn't need. Really appreciate that. Absolutely will be coming back for any tire needs in the future.
