Honestly, just go to Good Carma. That’s it, that’s the review. 😄 But seriously — Caleb took such good care of me and my Volvo XC60. He was upfront, easy to talk to, and clearly explained (in layman’s terms) what he and the team did instead of just handing me a bill. That alone puts them above most shops. Also - they texted that my car was ready and sent me the invoice before I picked up- which was great to have before I walked through the door. And the mechanics here? Legitimately skilled. These guys know what they’re doing. The dealership quoted me 67x what I paid at Good Carma - no joke. My Volvo came out running great and I left feeling like the repair was done right, not just done fast. Good shops that you can actually trust are hard to find. Good Carma is the real deal. Caleb and the team have earned a customer for life from me — highly, highly recommend

If you need auto body work in Minneapolis, go straight to Good Carma. After my first accident ever, I was shaken and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, the team made everything feel manageable. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Bill runs the kind of shop you hope exists. The space stands out immediately. The front feels like a cool car enthusiast’s basement, filled with memorabilia and personality. The garage is spotless, organized, and top notch. Watching them work is like watching chefs in a kitchen. They repaired my car beautifully and kept me on the road with a loaner. That alone made a huge difference. When I picked it up, I knew I was back in it safe and sound. They also shared a few thoughtful insights about navigating the aftermath. I was very grateful for this, and it saved me a lot of money and hassle. And the price. I have a longtime mechanic I trust deeply, so I say this carefully. Bill and Good Carma saved me quite a bit without sacrificing quality. I would send anyone I know, and anyone I do not know, there without hesitation.

These guys are awesome! Replaced my brake pads for a good price, and their customer service is great whether you're there in person or talking to them on the phone. For what it's worth, I told my mechanic friend who works at a different shop about my experience here and just about everything I mentioned he said was a green flag. Highly recommend.

Best customers service!! About a month back I was stuck in the middle of a road in NE MN. The car wouldn't budge. I called Good Carma and talked with Caleb. Since it was nearby, he drove over to where I was stuck to help out. He was hoping he could help me push the car to the side of the road, but the emergency break wouldn't disconnect. He was under the car for about 1/2 an hour in the middle of the road trying to get to get the wires to connect enough to move the car out of the middle of the road. Just when it we were about to give up he was able to dis-engage the emergency break and drive the car to the side. I'd been on the phone with work, about to cancel an in person lecture I needed to give. At this point he offered to drive me to my work downtown. He then drove my car into the shop. By the time I dropped by the shop when I was done with work the car was fixed. My car issue had been simple but debilitating as it stranded my car in the middle of the road. Caleb was a great help in navigating it. Since the actual fix was simple, they did not even earn much off of the work they did. Incredible customer service!
