These guys are awesome! Replaced my brake pads for a good price, and their customer service is great whether you're there in person or talking to them on the phone. For what it's worth, I told my mechanic friend who works at a different shop about my experience here and just about everything I mentioned he said was a green flag. Highly recommend.

Best customers service!! About a month back I was stuck in the middle of a road in NE MN. The car wouldn't budge. I called Good Carma and talked with Caleb. Since it was nearby, he drove over to where I was stuck to help out. He was hoping he could help me push the car to the side of the road, but the emergency break wouldn't disconnect. He was under the car for about 1/2 an hour in the middle of the road trying to get to get the wires to connect enough to move the car out of the middle of the road. Just when it we were about to give up he was able to dis-engage the emergency break and drive the car to the side. I'd been on the phone with work, about to cancel an in person lecture I needed to give. At this point he offered to drive me to my work downtown. He then drove my car into the shop. By the time I dropped by the shop when I was done with work the car was fixed. My car issue had been simple but debilitating as it stranded my car in the middle of the road. Caleb was a great help in navigating it. Since the actual fix was simple, they did not even earn much off of the work they did. Incredible customer service!

I have taken my car to Good Carma several times over the summer, and they have always done a great job. The staff was always friendly and very transparent about exactly what my vehicle needed. Great experience, would recommend to anyone!

I've taken my car here twice to be repaired, and the service was amazing both times! They explained everything to me clearly and worked with me on finding the best solution for my car. As a woman, it is hard to find an auto repair shop you can trust. I would recommend this place to anyone!
