I love I was able to schedule an appointment online for work I needed completed. I arrived way early for my appointment and they were able to have me in and out before I could even finish the breakfast I bought. Great service and I’ve been coming here for years. Wouldn’t go anywhere for my tire needs.

Every time I have gone into this location, I have had a fantastic experience. Calling to schedule my tire replacement, researching the tires that were best for my vehicle and the amount of driving that I do as well as trying to find tires that were offering discounts to help offset some of that expense, Check-in, Amount of time there, and just observing their customer service to other customers coming in has cinched me up as a long time customer!

Pre ordered my tires in store. James at front was very helpful and communicated throughout experience and called to remind me morning of. Very good service. I will return!! A lot of Discount Tires are chaotic. This one was very organized and professional.

I was there this morning at 8:00 AM on a week day with no appointment or anything. They let me stay in the vehicle while they rotated and balanced my tires. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They had two guys working on my vehicle and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Best part about it, everything was free. Stellar service. Been buying tires from this company for years and have always been satisfied. Thank you guys!

What a difference a few months makes. After using this location previously and having a great experience I decided to return the next time I needed tires. I booked online when ordering the tires on their website. I arrived early to my appointment but wasn’t greeted due to the sales staff being busy. I was cool with that because I knew I had a scheduled appointment. To my surprise I waited over an hour past my appointment time and still no one was working on my car. What’s the point of setting an appointment if the store doesn’t honor their commitment. What normally takes an hour hour and a half took well over three. Disappointing for a place that used to rock. Update: I was contacted by the Tirerack.com and Discount Tires to address this situation. They were professional and friendly. They took care to address the issues internally which restored my confidence in their team. I would definitely recommend working with Dawson and his team.
