I had the best experience at this location! I had my tires filled and the young lady told me I had a tire that concerned her and suggested a speak with someone about it. It was time for new tires due to the tread and I was outta there in less than an hour at a fair price. Customer service is outstanding and the staff listen to what you need/can afford.

I made an appointment online to get a tire consultation and replacements. The team at this location is absolutely fantastic. They make sure to check in with everyone that comes in no matter how busy they are. The counter person who helped me was great and showed me all my options, I just failed to get his name. His eta on how long it would take was off, they were busier than he meant to say but I also knew a Saturday morning was gonna take time. The lobby was clean and comfortable to wait in. Once they checked on me and updated me with the services the work done was great! Definitely check them out if you’re in need of new tires or fixes.

The place was great. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable. Bought new tires for my boat and had them delivered to the store and they ended up being the cheapest tires in town and online... by the time I added in shipping for what look like great priced tires they would end up costing way more than buying better tires from Discount Tire..

Just stopped by this location because I found a screw in my tire. The lobby looked full of customers. But Hayden stepped up and delivered exceptional customer service. He quickly checked the screw, was informative and communicated clearly. He ended up resolving my issue in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location for the highly professional customer service and will be coming back here. Thank you Hayden and East Sunset Discount Tire team!

Truly amazing! I love how professional the staff was! CRUZ the manager runs this store in such great order, he’s friendly towards customers and his staff, handled angry customers with such greatness, and ensured all who were in line that help will be served. You can tell he treats everyone with respect! They answered all my questions and replaced my tire within minutes! I am truly impressed and recommend anyone to choose this store. Also the young lady in the front was super friendly and very efficient! It is clean inside and very organized, plenty of waiting chairs, fully AC and even free water bottle for guest! Prices are great and friendly staff. Alex helped me and ensured I got a great deal!
