I was very impressed with the service I received at Discount Tire on S New Braunfels in San Antonio. I needed four inexpensive tires for my son's old Camry which had been siting a few years. I shopped around via the internet and wound up ordering from Discount Tire's website, I ordered a four Arizonian tires on Sunday and schedule installation for Monday. They looked pretty busy when I got there but the service person said it would only take about 30 minutes. I was expecting 1-2 hours at least. About 10-15 minutes after I checked in, another employee gave me an update and asked if I had any questions. The tires were installed along with windshield wipers in less than 30 minutes. I went ahead and asked for the alignment so that took another 20 or so minutes. I was very pleased with the whole operation and will visit them again soon - I have three other cars.

This place is great, reasonably priced, and go above and beyond for the customer! I went in for a simple air check and they were able to find a near bald tire, sold me a BRAND NEW one for $99, and even gave a courtesy check on all my lights and fluids for free! Turns out I needed a new taillight and reverse lights! Would’ve never have known if they hadn’t told me! 100% recommend this place for anyone needing new tires and checks on their vehicle, you won’t be disappointed!

Store located at 4118 S New Braunfels Ave San Antonio Texas. Employees : Julian C. and Eddy Garcia Ocampo. Both outstanding individuals. Julian met husband and I in the parking lot as soon as we parked. Had an appointment and had arrived early. He was Johnny on the spot. Took time to answer our questions and concerns. Returned a few days later to have wheels installed. Eddy is also exceptional ! Installed the wheels, windshield wipers, and performed a wheel alignment. Also informed us of the tie rods and shocks/struts replacement. Very cordial, polite, helpful. Both awesome and an asset to the company. This is my husband's favorite location

Simply the best tire shop ever. Top quality work, stellar customer service, clean & comfortable waiting area with water provided, and some of their services are even granted for free for qualifying customers. The ONLY potential negative is how crowded they get sometimes but it makes perfect sense because no one services tires better. One of their employees even told me they're actively trying to alleviate that issue because they want everything to be perfect for their customers. Rarely does a business ever inspire me with their determination to be this great.
