I had an excellent experience at Texas Auto Repair, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this shop is run the right way. John, the owner, runs an honest, professional operation, and that attitude carries through the entire team. Thomas, who runs the front end, was a huge help throughout the whole process. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure there were no surprises. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the customer. The work itself was handled by Oscar, and he did an outstanding job. The repairs were done quickly, but never felt rushed, and the quality of the work was excellent. You can tell Oscar takes pride in what he does and pays attention to the details. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected and running great. What really stood out was how the entire team went above and beyond. The pricing was very fair, the turnaround time was fast, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a shop you can fully trust, but Texas Auto Repair is definitely one of those places. If you’re looking for honest service, great prices, and people who actually care about their work and customers, I highly recommend Texas Auto Repair. I’ll absolutely be coming back and will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

Exceptional Honesty and Skill Texas Auto recently discovered that another shop had left my rear brake calipers loose after a brake replacement. This is a serious safety hazard, and I'm incredibly grateful for their honesty and expertise in catching it. They fixed the issue and ensured my car was safe to drive. I've since been back for other repairs needed due to the first shop's work. Their integrity is top-notch, and I trust them completely with my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Came in today based on the good reviews and super convenient location. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed but they helped me sort it out. Ended up getting diagnostics done to troubleshoot some issues I'd been having and thankfully it all came back good. It was worth it to have piece of mind. They also checked out the rest of my car and spotted a few things that need repair - which I was grateful to learn. I'll start working my way through that list and report back again. But for now I'm happy with my 1st visit to this shop and will happily come back. Good customer service and clean shop.

brought my Nissan Versa in for some performance issues i was experiencing — John was very thorough with the diagnostic progress and communicative as the shop was working on my car. it has been an absolute dream to drive ever since i picked it up! will definitely be returning here if i need more work done!! thanks so much to everyone at Texas Auto Repairs, you are awesome!! 🌟

I had a terrible experience with this mechanic shop. I trusted them to work on my car, and when I picked it up, I noticed significant curb rash on one of my rims that wasn’t there before. When I confronted them about it, they were completely dishonest and showed no integrity. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and didn’t offer any solutions. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or the condition of their vehicles. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never return. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
